My Story
I lived abroad for 16 years, in Spain (Madrid, Barcelona), Italy (Rome) and Morocco (Casablanca). That international life gave me an open mind and a real curiosity about other people.
I started out in marketing, then moved into human resources as an HR Manager, HR Development Manager and Mobility Consultant in international groups, in France and abroad. Developing skills and talent has always motivated me. That drive led me to train in skills assessment (bilan de compétences), then in coaching, and then in Gestalt therapy, during important transitions in my own life.
Gestalt Therapy, a body-centred and humanistic approach, proved to be the most effective way to bring about insights and deep, lasting change. I then complemented it with Sophrology and Ericksonian Hypnosis.
My approach is holistic, and I support you through my different skills as a Gestalt Therapist, Couples Therapist, Sophrologist, Hypnosis Practitioner, Professional Coach and Skills Assessment Consultant (bilan de compétences).
With this background, I help you move towards personal and professional fulfilment.

- I see you at 4 rue Leriche, 75015 Paris, Convention métro station (line 12), or online via Teams or WhatsApp. Sessions in French, English, Spanish or Italian. Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 9 pm; Saturday, 9 am to 2 pm.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Are you a psychologist, psychiatrist or psychotherapist? No. I am a Gestalt therapist, sophrologist and hypnosis practitioner. I am not a medical doctor, a psychiatrist, a clinical psychologist, or the holder of the regulated title of psychotherapist. Gestalt therapy is a therapy in its own right, centred on felt experience and on the relationship in the present moment.
- Who can come to therapy? I work with young adults, adults and couples.
- In which languages? French, English, Spanish and Italian.
- What is Gestalt therapy? It is a relational therapy that works with what you feel here and now.
